Sadly would no longer recommend -- I used them once for an easy airport pick up and it was great but had an issue with my second one and they don't reply to emails. They also were wildly untransparent re: pricing; I received an additional bill with no reckoning of the numbers due to additional wait time while clearing immigration. Very disappointed.

Smooth, effortless and quick ride. Extremely welcoming and knowledgeable driver Saif! I would absolutely recommend this service to anybody. Prices are very similar to uber black, however the experience is much better in terms of convenience and smoothness. Will use again and recommend to anyone

Ivan and Tony made my experience so seamless and ensured my event ran smoothly and even came to confirm everything went well. They were so accommodating and every car was so clean and nice with drivers who connected to the guests to arrange pick up which made my job much easier. While the app could use some work when making updates to bookings, they made up for it in spades with their stellar service.

Excellent, 5-Star Service! Will book again!
We used Bookinglane for the first time with four clients and they all raved about their car service. The drivers (Stas, Sagyn and Paulo) were extremely professional and friendly. The cars were reported to be very clean and the drivers knew their way around the city making for a very smooth ride. Ivan, the owner, is very responsive and provided assistance when needed. We will most definitely work with Bookinglane again!
