I was told there was going to be a $58…

I was told there was going to be a $58 charge for additional wait time. However, upon reviewing my bill, I noticed a $78 charge. I wish I could show a screenshot to prove my point. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this car service.

The quoted hourly rate for the chauffeur service was $58. However, according to the time logs and text exchanges, the waiting time extended beyond the initial hour while you were at the salon. Consequently, the final charge was adjusted to $78, reflecting the pro-rated rate for the additional waiting time.

We understand this may not have been clear initially, and we regret any dissatisfaction. Please know that waiting time is billed as per our service policy, and we aim to be transparent in all charges.

This was a wonderful experience

This was a wonderful experience. It was last minute and they came through. I did ask for an infant seat and they brought a booster so that was unfortunate. He was very apologetic and incredibly kind. Hopefully they won’t make that mistake again but all in all it was truly a great experience.

Used you for a long distance ride…

Used you for a long distance ride service. First time I submitted no one responded and it just timed out. Second time worked ok. Contact was made and driver was on time and professional.

Great chauffeur service, easiest booking process, best customer support

I can't say enough about the awesome experience I had. I reserved a pickup from SFO, and despite my flight being delayed, my chauffeur was already aware thanks to Bookinglane's flight tracking system. My chauffeur, Sam, was on time and promptly texted me about his arrival. He sent detailed instructions on where to meet him and then helped with my luggage. We had the most pleasant conversation. Also, their customer support is very helpful. Definitely recommend and will use their services again!

Best driver service I have ever had.

Service was very, very good. My daughter had a wonderful time at her Sr. Ball and Andrei was a great driver. If I was to use the service again, I really would like Andrei to be the driver. 5 Stars all around. Great, Great, Great.

Worst black car service! No CS!

Booked a car on behalf of my boss for a very simple pick up and drop off with one stop--normally a breeze, would have taken no more than 30-45 minutes. I've booked this multiple times via other services but decided to try Bookinglane.

Was given the incorrect information for the driver, my phone calls to the company to get updated/correct information were not answered (sent to VM over 5 times) and was not able to get ahold of anyone in a timely fashion to confirm car/driver details. My boss, a CEO, goes through me for all of his car details and I was given nothing except the (incorrect) phone number of the driver. The app was also next to useless, it doesn't track where the driver is, what car they are driving, license plate number, etc.

Most car services--Uber, Blacklane, private limo companies, etc, give the booker AND the rider all potential necessary information! I've had previous issues with those other options but considering this was 4x more expensive than comparable options from Uber Black and $50 more than similar from Blacklane, I don't understand why there is not immediately available customer service nor a clearer picture of what you're booking!

I'll add, there were multiple errors while trying to book this basic one-way ride on the website, including not being able to take the CVV of my AMEX as it has 4 digits instead of 3. Should have taken the hint that my business wasn't wanted!

We have addressed the error in updating the driver's details in our system and are putting measures in place to ensure that all information is accurately communicated going forward.

For customer service, we agree that all information should be updated in the app automatically. We are working on integrating this feature to ensure real-time updates and accuracy, enhancing our app to provide a seamless and transparent experience for both bookers and riders.

Concerning customer service, we understand how critical it is to be available when our clients need us. We are looking into why your calls were not attended to promptly and are committed to improving our responsiveness to ensure that every client receives the attention and support they need without delay.
