Very easy booking...
Very easy booking and not stressful because you can pay later and there's a section for additional comments where you can ask the garage any questions.
Also I found it great that bookmygarage has its own telephone lines because I did speak to someone who was very helpful - I just think these things really help as I am a very thorough person and I like to check certain stuff before I book.

I booked my car in for an MOT and full…
I booked my car in for an MOT and full service. Overall, they did a nice job and the car is running well. The price was fair and they completed it on time.
A couple of points to improve though:
1. After the service I noticed black oil splashed around the engine bay. It would have been great if this had been wiped down before handing the car back.
2. They didn’t show me the parts they replaced. I always appreciate it when garages keep old parts to show customers what work was done. It build trust!

Once I made my appointment through book…
Once I made my appointment through book my garage, they called to confirm appointment. I called them the day before as my tyre pressure warning was on and couldn’t get the valve cap off 1 of the tyres. They said they’d see if they could get it off without damaging the sensor. Dropped the car off with no issues, was phoned as soon as it was ready & he advised he got the metal cap off, put air in all my tyres and replaced the metal cap with a new cap. Had a couple of advisories on mot, no hard sell from the garage. I will rebook with the garage after my holiday as my car is due a service and I’ll get the mot advisories done then too. Excellent service & Friendly garage I would recommend.

Fab MOT price & process
Managed to get a great price on my MOT, cheaper than most garages and I was able to book my car through my usual garage nearby! Fab company and a really simple process too.
