I am happy with the company and the deal I got. I was pleased to be able to visit the BookPrint premises before I made my decision to have them print my book because I was shown all the different options available. Once the book was ready to print the service was excellent, giving me the chance to finish with the book I really wanted. I'm giving it four stars instead of five because it did take a bit of "toing and froing"" to get it just right. But overall, I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants their books printed.

Helpful, fast, clear communication. BookPrint added the necessary margins I had forgotten to add to my document, they even fixed up a typo I spotted at the last minute on the cover of our anthology, Beyond Coffee and Scones. So wonderful to be able to print in NZ. Looking forward to having another book printed with you, soon.

I have only given my dealings with Bookprint five stars as the technology doesn't allow me to give seven. I first dealt with this company a decade ago and was delighted with the way my book came out. I have gone to them again, this time with a novel and if anything my high expectations have been exceeded. David Brown listened to what I wanted and added helpful suggestions to help make the book the best it could be. It has been a pleasure to deal with David as it was his son Tim a decade ago.

I am very very happy with the colour photo books printed by Bookprint for IMAgEN8! The quality of the product was perfect and exactly what I had wanted, and the communications with David through the process of getting a quote, getting the cover designed, proof printing and then the final product of 100 copies was excellent. I was so impressed with my experience with BookPrint. I had contacted many printers around NZ, searching for the best option to print my first book. BookPrint by far offered the best customer service and from the start were so helpful and considerate in helping me get the book to a published stage. David at BookPrint has been incredibly helpful and patient, especially with my nervousness as a first time publisher, and went out of his way to help me reach a deadline. I am embarrassed by the pressure I put on the team by planning my book launch too soon and needing a last minute change of paper stock, but he handled it so professionally and with understanding and kindness. My books reached me in the South Island, only one day after they were sent out, and they look high quality and professional.
