Unauthorised Transactions

Be very careful dealing with this booking service. All good for regular bookings but if you cancel or try to amend they will charge you regardless, even if T&Cs entitle you to a refund, and it will take months to get a response much less an actual refund. We had 4 rooms for 2 nights processed to our credit card unauthorised and couldn't get a response, had to lodge transaction dispute with bank and when I advised them of this action they responded with 'go ahead'. On top of all that we "were" a regular client. Be warned.
