I do enjoy the Books app. Overall, it’s one of the better apps that I have used in the past in fact, it does have some features that out distance the other others, thus I’m using it.

What is wrong with online service providers nowadays? Booked an urgent appointment. The hairdresser moved my appointment to another time & I couldn’t make it! So I immediately cancelled and now I received a £20 bill that my card was charged? FOR WHAT EXACTLY?

Easy to use and great for when you are out and about and don’t want to miss booking an appointment… there are never any technical issues and it is so easy to use. Client details are always to hand. It’s also great for helping attract new clients

Booksy Biz claims to protect your business from customer no shows.. however I have had quite the opposite experience.
They will refund and give back to clients even with solid proof that the client is in the wrong. I had a client walk out and not pay (despite her hair looking amazing) so I charged her the no show fee (50%)

When booksy was unreasonably approached by this girl they gave back her money without any hesitation because she said she didn’t even come to the salon for her hair (LOL Laughable)
So anyway if that’s the case the cancellation fee was even more justified right?

Nope Booksy has refunded her TWICE.

Will not recommend this company to anyone. Get yourself on treatwell as they look after their customers and you pay half the price!

My experience with Booksy been amazing. Recently switched over from square and it offers more service and flexibility than square as a beauty service provider! Boost is also amazing and helps expand clientele.

I love this app. Since I start3d using it almost 2 years ago it has helped me increase clients by making booking and contacting clients easier. I live that I can send mass messages through the app and it automatically sends birthday and appointment reminders.

I love how easy the website allows my clients to find me and book their appointments independently! The only think I hate about the app is the prepayment is set on a percentage scale , every time I update my pricing , I’ll have re calculate all of the services. I would really like that change if it’s possible please

Booksy is a scam. I paid for a salon that obviously doesn’t exist and located in a house by the google map. No phone number. Booksy has zero customer service. I have emailed and nothing. Do not use this company. mHair salons are scamming people
