Avoid

Avoid! The drop off place changed the day before, we paid for park to ride, when we went over to ask when we were getting a lift to the airport i was then told the driver had a flat tire and i had to drive myself taking a member of their staff to drive my car back, which made us late and stressed. It took them a while to return my car, i was told to go to meet and greet area but then had a call asking where we were and they we at the other side of the carpark, my car had been left unattended with lights and doors open, the guy just gave me keys and walked off then phoned to argue I hadn’t heard where he was although had said he wouldn’t be there initially for 5-10 mins. The passenger side has also been KEYED and has a 1.5meter scratch to the metal! Would not use them again very unprofessional.

We are awaiting a refund

After trying to change our arrival date without much success, we decided to cancel with booktopark. After numerous emails we are still waiting to be re-imbursed of the £90 paid.

They took over 1hr to come to collect…

They took over 1hr to come to collect my car and then made me pay for the car park fee. Also waited over 45mins to bring the ca to me in my return at 2300hrs. Terrible service you get what you pay for!

Don’t not use book to park will put…

Don’t not use book to park will put your with fraudulent company which I also think it’s ran by them . They take money and don’t pick up car or deal with complaints still waiting for refund . Don’t risk it with bunch of fraudulent guys they’re rude . No one to speak with apart from the same rude idiot on the phone calling customer name after not picking up car , not contacting , no refund and nothing towards the cost the caused as I had to leave my car . Don’t trust them

AVOiD!!!!!

Absolute cowboy scam operators. Jannat Parking Ltd operating via this website for ‘meet and greet’ at London Gatwick Airport. Dropping car off, after I was called and asked to meet on different level of car park to that advertised. Was called beforehand to ask how long we would be even though it was earlier than we had put on booking. Handed over car to a man. No ID and no photos taken of my car as stated in booking. I should have been more vigilant but as you do when you’re at the airport you rush to get to check in. Fast forward to our arrival back 4 days later and called as planned to collect car. Was advised car would be 1/2 hour and to wait. We headed to the pick up point stated in the booking information. Alas car was deposited in a different car park and on a different level. And there it was dumped. Locked. Called to ask where the driver was. He’d left and left my key on the wheel arch and car park ticket (to be paid) on dash board. Just grateful I had my car back to be honest! Fast forward to a week later. I receive a parking fine from NCP car parks with a photo of my car dumped in a restricted express parking space, £100 fine. This was dated 2 days after I left my car with this company and 2 days before I picked it back up. So whilst I am out of the country apparently I have returned to the car park and left my car in express parking. Miracle. So I call Jannat Parking Ltd and alas, rude arrogant ‘gentleman’ blames me for this miracle parking and denies all wrong doing but after some coaxing I calm him down and he agrees to investigate. Gives me a WhatsApp to send the said parking fine, says his mates at NCP will sort it. Okay dude, thanks but I wasn’t born yesterday. Appeal via NCP declined and they say this rests with this cowboy parking company. So Jannat Parking…I’ve done a subject access request with NCP today and asked for full details from their ANPR systems regards the movements of my car between the dates you were contracted to park it. Trading standards have been super helpful as have the Sussex law enforcement department who are supporting the clamp down of cowboy parking operators in this area.
Opportunity is still open for said scammers to pay up or I will issue a claim in the small claims court and take these scumbags to the cleaners. Kicking myself for booking in haste and lesson learned. But won’t stop me preventing others from being ripped off. Disappointing that NCP are not policing their own parking facilities and clamping down on these individual who operate in plain sight. More fool me I guess, pay peanuts get monkeys…..update, have since received a second fine so have initiated legal action, informed the police and will take these b*^%%’s to court!

No Meet and and no greet service

Jan at parking Meet and greet service. No one met me - had to leave keys on tyre. No one to pick me up. The driver had taken keys home and they expected me to wait 6 hours until driver came back on shift at 3 AM!!! Totally AWFUL!

Never again will I use this sham of a company

Never again will I use this company and I agree with other people that it is potentially a scam. The express parking company i booked through them had hidden costs not seen on booking until after payment. The service I received was awful and on complaining they were no help at all as had to chase after 10 days!
Lesson learnt using these cowboys and will go back to using Purple parking or Holiday extras, was not worth the price to us this awful company that recommends a company that has an awful rating on Trust pilot and if you are reading this DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR REVIEWS AS ITS ALL LIES

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID! We booked through this company & the service provider was JANNAT PARKING LTD. What a cowboy company. Arranged to drop at 6am Gatwick South Terminal. The instructions were to call 30mins before drop off. Admittedly we were earlier than expected & rang about 5.15am to say we were 30mins away. No one answered, so left a voicemail Rang again at 5.20am to say 25mins away. No one answered. Rang again at 5.25am & someone answered. Sounded as if I'd woken him up. Told us to park in Orange carpark but was trying to find a driver. In the end we had to leave the key on the rear tyre for collection which we weren't happy about. When my partner said if anything happens to his car, he was told sarcastically that it's in airport parking, nothing could happen to it, but we had to leave the parking slip on the dashboard so if it did get taken, they had yhe ticket to exit the carpark. The bloke then had the audacity to ask for money to pay for the carpark. The pick-up was no better. Our flight landed earlier than expected. It was due in at 12.25pm so I booked a 1.30pm pick-up to allow for passport control etc. & followed their instructions to ring as soon as bags collected. I rang at 12.22pm & was told as I'd booked for 1.30pm, they expected to collect us 25-30mins after this time. So inflexible. I ring again at 1.30pm to find out where they are to be told they're on their way. I told them we'd moved to pick-up point opposite Premier Inn, so was told to wait inside hotel. I get a call at 1.52pm to ask where we are as he's at South Terminal. We flew into North Terminal as per my booking, so now we are still waiting for the car at 2.15pm. Just had another call to say they can't get hold of driver & they don't know what carpark he's gone to & will call back. Got the car at 15.10pm, only almost 3hrs after i 1st rang them. Told me not only had the driver gone to the wrong terminal, but also took the wrong car & then is shocked that we're angry. No refund & refused to pay airport drop off charges because we vented our frustrationa. What a complete sh!t show & disgraceful company. Don't go with the cheapest option. In this case, it was definitely not the best! You pay peanuts, you get monkeys! Shocking, shocking, shocking. service. It took us longer waiting for our car than it did to fly back from Spain! 😡 Just looked on Companies House & interestingly Jannat Parking Ltd have today requested to be struck off the register! Good job too!

AVOID at all costs! Save yourself stress and damage to your car

Do not be fooled by the slightly lower perceived price! Meet and greet was a joke and I ended up paying more and waiting longer than I would have if I had use the shuttle service. Rude staff, waited nearly 1 hr for my car to be collected and then dripped off. Instructions for the Vallet service were incorrect.
Only after you complete the booking you find out that you need to pay an extra 14 for parking in and out of the airport.

Avoid at all costs - potential scam company

Avoid! Very poor experience with this company. They offer multiple valet style meet and greet options, all with 5 star ratings. Foolishly I booked with one (Heathrow Valet Parking - Meet and Greet) which was branded to look just like the official Heathrow Valet service. Having paid, I received a poorly drafted confirmation email, which aroused suspicion. Having investigated further, I discovered that the online reviews were terrible for both this website and the valet service, including ones citing lengthly delays and cars coming back damaged. When I approached the company about a refund given the what appears to be miss-selling, they failed to respond. Avoid at all costs.
