The internet was down
The internet was down in your office and the one staff person working also had no way to get online on his personal phone and was left to needing to use customer’s phones to try reaching someone to repair your system. Customers were piling up outside until the problem was resolved. For people coming to use your service most of us consider it time sensitive as it could seriously effect our flights if we can’t get the test done as planned. Eventually the situation was resolved and although it took an extra 45 minutes to get tested your service afterwards was very good. I’d suggest making a better backup plan Incase this should happen again
