Efficient. Although poor signage and not easy to find the lab at the back room of the hotel. The guy in charge was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. We received our results within 30 minutes and the certificates, in 6 languages and contain all the information we need to travel back to Hong Kong.
