Registering with Boom for my car insurance was pretty straightforward. The premium was competitive, about £15 a month less than what I was paying before so made sense.
Nice service, reasonable price, quick quote response,easy process to complete the questionnaire and sign the contract. Definitely will recommend Boom to my friends and colleagues.

premature cancellation of car insurance / pathetic customer service
The insurance sent me confusing emails about my NCB, an email without understanding my document from abroad. Sent me an email to pay around 135 pounds. Asked to pay without giving proper bank details. Kept asking them but could not reach them by phone (never picked up), chat (never worked) with email answers only after 2 -3 days. gave me a short notice for payment of 1 week only. then cancelled my insurance without even speaking to me.
