I have been searching for days for…

I have been searching for days for insurance as the insurance I was with wouldn’t insure me for my new car. Boom website was so easy to use and the process was seamless and I got the best quote from 3 days of searching and setting up the insurance was even easier and the app is very well laid out and easy to use

Unable to give no stars,pity.

Unable to give no stars,pity.insured my daughter with this company ,she had an accident and made a claim,company have rejected her claim saying she had a speeding fine and received 3 points on her licence,she did but they said we did not inform them,we did,I did it myself.they said we did the quote on compare the market and included the conviction on other quotes but not on there's,how convenient.compare the market is a main form that the information goes to all quotes.will make a complaint and if not sorted will involve the ombudsman.

Purchased a police with Boom 8 months…

Purchased a police with Boom 8 months ago. Had a accident less than a month ago. At first they said its repairable and took it to the garage, gave us a courtesy vehicle and not even after a week they wrote it off. Apparently they use other service provider like Key claims to deal with the claims who pain to deal with. I have emailed them but no reply tried calling no answer.
Now I am left with no car, no courtesy vehicle and no updates of when and how much I am getting of the car that was written off.
When I tell Boom of this issue they redirect to Key claims and then Key claims wont even bother to pick up the calls or reply emails.
