Had my policy for 9 months

Had my policy for 9 months, had a bump, Initially said they would process the claim, a week in they emailed saying they were not paying out. reading the reviews this is a common occurrence with them!
The next day e received an email saying they wouldnt renew my policy (due for renewal in the next week)
The damage on my car is cosmetic only it wasnt a bad bump.
Stay away from this company!

Too expensive was with you 6 months ago…

Too expensive was with you 6 months ago and my insurance was 135 I had a year's no claims so it went down to 89 I have reinsured with you and it's now 165

Avoid this company. No chance to connect with them to cancel my policy at all.All of them bunch of criminals!
