Diabolical…

Diabolical…
I semt over everything i needed paid my insurance they clearly are not organised with emails failed to see what i have signed cancelled my insurance by email unfortunately i work constantly & and not fixated on my emails soo didnt realise until i had a refund and better still boom are shut on the weekend and have no email for me to contact them i wouldnt recommend.

Poor communication

Poor communication, doesn’t respond to emails & the chat box doesn’t work regularly. Doesn’t advise before you get a policy that all communication is online & there is no way to speak via a phone to customer services.

Unwanted Policy - cannot cancel!

I have been out of the country and had limited access to my phone, On returning to the UK, and several days before the renewal was due, which was 15th April, I attempted to contact Boom, to advise them I wished to cancel.the renewal as I'd found a cheaper quote. There was no option on the app and having failed to get a respond from the live chat, I emailed them and still no reply. After which I noticed they had taken the money (12th April). I find the lack of telephone support incredibly frustrating especially as a pensioner, with limited tech experience. I cannot afford to be paying out on an insurance I do not want, and cannot seem to cancel despite numerous attempts to contact them. Can anyone advise pls?
