No customer service. Avoid at all cost unless you like to wait for a unless bot that will send you around in circles

My email got hacked a month before my insurance was going to get renewed. I found it impossible to get in contact with them. Every time I went to contact them by their bot it said i had an hour wait. My screen kept going blank after 10 minutes and I couldn't cancel my renewal. This is why I will never go with boom insurance again. I tried getting in contact with their accident team and they couldn't give me a contact number because they don't personally deal with any claims. They out source it. Awful experience, through no fault of mine. Now I'm going to have bad credit rating just because of BOOM.

You have replied to my message above. But as you know you don't send out any paperwork so therefore if my email has been compromised/ hacked how can I get my policy number when you keep sending the 4 digit key code to my compromised email address. How incompetent you really are it's unbelievable. By the way I replied like this because you're reply button dose not work hence you send honest customers around in circles just like your bot does

Horrible communication so I recently I purchased a policy they’ve taken the payement but not even sent me the policy confirmation or anything.And the worst thing is I’ve been trying to get through to them for days comnsisyemt phone calls and live chats I’ve literally waited on the phone for 3 hours twice
