Hope you don't need to talk to a human

Buying a new car trying to adjust my insurance to reflect that the online system keeps telling me there's something wrong trying to get hold of a human is nion impossible either tells you you got a 60 minute wait and then disconnect you after about 20 minutes or just tell you everybody's too busy to help you now we're going to have to cancel my insurance to go somewhere else to be able to insure my new vehicle absolutely appalling

The irony just on my way to collect the new car after I have sorted a new policy they decided to call me to late now thanks

And to cancel a policy guess what you need to talk to a human what a joke

BOOM if you read this just cancel my policy I have wasted far to much time with you now.

Boom doesn't have service support on existing claim when you call on 03440433561. Operator will direct call but never answers. Who should I speak too?

i put wrong start date my mistake shot me why dont you simple to fix you would think no you have to cancel wait a week to get your money back put the right start date and pay a higher premium first time with this company and last stay away or you will be robbed

Disgusting treatment after cancelling…

Disgusting treatment after cancelling my policy. After paying my final payment, I was referred to a collections company with no warning. Once this has been resolved, they referred me to the same collection company yet again.. steer clear of BOOM unless you want a damaged credit score should you decide to cancel your policy.
