24 days order 2 still in transit, BoomBooty still hasn’t got back to me about exchanging the one pair from the first order, Both marked large but ones a small at best. Website changed again saying hassle free returns, They still haven’t emailed me back in regards to exchanging one pair from the first order. They also changed back to 2-3 days shipping but if you click the website info it says Atleast 7-15 buisness days, That’s over 3 full weeks, They won’t be there for Christmas.

Sixth update: After threatening to file a transaction dispute, Finally after 19 days order #2 was finally shippped, sAlthough it is still Atleast a week away, and still not a word from customer support, Once you pay, You cannot cancel or refund, You have the right as a consumer, but boombooty doesn’t care, And now they cannot be returned or exchanged as it is over 14 days already and they haven’t even left china yet, Read on for the full experience. Ohh and if you order now like they claim, there’s no way they will be under the tree for Christmas, I ordered almost a month ago and will be lucky if they get here in time. And I live in a capital city, Not like it’s fancy shipping.

Fifth Update, I will update this update everyday until boombooty fixes the order or refunds me. order # 2 (19 days ) still hasn’t moved, Boombooty still will not respond, Sophie from boombooty emails me everyday sending me ad pictures of the leggings I “ love so much “ offering the advent 25 discount, but they still haven’t even shipped them as part of my second order, They are literally taunting me through media instead of simply shipping the order or responding to support.

Warning ⚠️ you have to pay to return or exchange to Germany. and they will not process exchanges or returns. The only way to get a refund is by raising a transaction dispute which I’m about to do.

Fourth Update: Order # 1 arrived within 2 weeks But still no order #2. So far Nothing as advertised, they are normal thin cheap Chinese leggings with stitching in the booty that gives a wedgie, Super thin and flimsy only good for filtered instagram photos, You cannot work out or walk or wear these in public because they will split. Can see loose stitching before even wearing them.

Third Update: Still No communication from BoomBooty Support, But a new email everyday telling me to buy more. But no customer service at all. I only placed two orders because as soon as I placed the first one they sent me a 35 percent off code, so I ordered a second order before the first order even processed, Buyer beware, 19 days and it hasn’t even moved. keep reading, That’s not even half of what I have had to go through so far,

Second update: after 2 weeks One of two orders arrived, 2 pairs in this order, both very thin and completely different sizes even though both marked large, one is a small at best, Horrible quality control, Very risky ordering, The info@myboombooty address doesn’t work anymore, but the support@myboombooty does but they don’t respond to anything. And I found out it costs more to ship leggings back to Germany from Canada for return or exchange than it does to buy a new pair, That’s how they get you, That’s dirty business! If they need to be exchanged it should be free, also Take note the website changes everyday, The advertising of what these leggings are supposed to do and return policies change every day, The shipping policy changed from 2-3 days to 6-7 days to 6-15 days to 6 days to never, also want to point out the very clear false advertising “Easy Returns” “100 percent satisfaction guaranteed” Isn’t false advertising illegal? Not if the website changes everyday. Easy returns doesn’t mean shipping it to a different country and sending reference numbers and waiting weeks ect.

First Update: It has been 5 days, payment went through immediately but they haven’t been processed, contacted customer support and 7 days into it, they got back to me simply to tell me they need my full shipping address, Which was on the confirmation they sent 7 days ago, but I sent it again, Another day goes by and I get an email saying one of my multiple orders has been shipped, But the tracking number takes me to an error page. After that no communication.

Product quality is good. Issues with shipping and communication. Got a ship notice a day after ordering but tracking link never worked. Reached out for help after a couple of weeks to be told they needed my full shipping address, which they already had. Back on forth on that for a couple days and then the item showed up, clearly shipped ahead of my reaching out. Support didn't seem in synch with what was really going on. Probably won't order again, lost confidence in the vendor.

Cheap leggings shipped from China and then if you want to return in the UK you have to post at your expense to Germany.

Updated January 2024. Still no refund. I posted the leggings at additional expense to Germany and although they attempted delivery it wasn't successful so now they're heading back. Would really recommend staying away.

Update mid January - finally received a refund.

Bought a pair of leggings for wife. My credit card was immediately billed before shipment which happened 2 weeks later. Their return policy is terrible. Leggings came from China but return is to Germany and the purchaser is responsible for paying return within 30 days. Two weeks were used on their end. My wife didn’t like the product because after minutes of wearing them the waist band rolls down her belly. I’d NOT buy from this Chinese company!

Brought my first pair of leggings at the end of August and they arrived a couple of weeks later. They seemed quite comfortable and fitted well, however they got a large hole in the after wearing them a few times. I contacted the returns team and they told me that if I wanted a refund I would have to pay to send them back to an address in Germany. I decided to just get a replacement pair, they arrived 2 weeks ago but have developed a hole in them as well.
For the price and quality I would suggest just getting some from Matalan or somewhere much cheaper.

I received the items ok. From the 6 leggings I ordered, I wanted to return 3.
I received a return voucher. But then it turned ugly.
I had to hand in the track&trace and did not hear anything anymore.
I asked how, what and why and got an email that they still needed my track&trace.
Gave them the track&trace again and asked if this was going to be like all the chinese postorder companies. They where offended. No, it was not they said.
But after a third time giving the track&trace and explaining the returned items where already in their possession (I had evidence, and sent that to them), I got no replay whatsoever.
No refund, no comments, nothing.

The leggings are not all that fancy, and don't do what they promise (unless you have a nice butt already yourself) but they are comfy, so ok.
But the company is bad and does not what they promise, nor refund you while they already received their items back.

EDIT: I have updated the review because I finally heard from customer service and was given some information about my order. Now I wait for the order to arrive. Will edit again once product is received, thank you.

I made payment online and can see it on my credit card statement but never received an email confirmation. Have contacted customer service many times and only one time received a reply saying they could not find my order in their system even though I attached a screen shot of the confirmation number when I made the purchase online. Still wait for an email confirmation of the order, but getting many emails from them which are spam trying to sell me more leggings...Crazy...No clue if I will see the leggings or not, will have to contact my credit card company to refund the payment if I don't get an answer soon.

Update 22.09.23. Was Order No. #41785

The leggings I bought didn’t fit well so I decided to return them. The fabric is very flimsy as well and they are poorly made. In order to return your package, you have to email the company. I did so right away, only to receive a postmaster delivery failure: the email could not be delivered because their inbox storage space is exceeded 🤯 the contact page on the website is not working, so I’ve reached out through social media hoping they will respond. Do not recommend so far!

The response I got (through social media) was to send the package back, but it has to go to Cyprus. The buyer needs to pay for it themselves, and the seller does not accommodate. It feels like this is some kind of discouragement for the customer since this can become very pricey. Not sure what I’m going to do yet, but I do not recommend this company. Absolute waste of money and time.

Total scam, do not buy anything from this company. The quality of the products is really really poor, and they look awful.

On their website they claim 100% satisfaction guarantee and full refund if you send them back. But when you want to return the pants you have to pay for the shipping so it will cost you almost the same amount of what it cost to buy them in the first place. Really lousy company, stay away!

Zero stars would be too high. Tried to return legging, paid for their return and it’s like the company does not exist. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a pair of their leggings but they were not suitable, I'm trying to return them but Boombooty are not emailing me back, their t&c say 'just email us if you wish to return'....it doesn't say 'good luck as we won't respond but thanks for your money sucker'! So bad........UPDATE, so PayPal are now involved and if I send them back to somewhere is Germany that cost £15 they will refund me, PayPal NOT Boombooty....AGAIN nowhere on their website states 'when you apply for a return that we will ignore, please not it will also cost you to return the item back to us and it won't be a local address local to you so will cost loads!!! So bad!!! To clarify PayPal asked me to return and gave me there address as Boombooty never respond!!!!!!!

Ordered three leggings and a shorts from this company for my partner and she says they are amazing comfortable really ahow off thr booty and they are od grest quality the only thing i would say is be prepared foe a wait i think it took about two weeks ish to arrive but fully worth the wait

My husband ordered me a pair of these leggings having both seen the hype on Tik Tok. They are nothing like what they are advertised, they are made of poor quality fabric and very flimsy. I don't think they will wearable after a wash or two. I absolutely would not recommend buying this expensive rubbish.

Bought a pair in grey, size medium. Great. Lovely fit
Bought a second pair in black, same style and they are short, tight and not stretchy. Almost as if a totally different brand of legging.
I took the label off when I opened them as I wrongly thought they would be the same. Company won’t take back
Awful, don’t waste money on them. Or buy from another company that will take back a faulty item.

UPDATE: Thank you Liebe for my refund! I have changed my review to 4 stars. I would give five stars if the communication was better/faster and if the shipping was free to return. The quality of the leggings seemed fine as well. It just did not fit my wife. Thank you again!

US customers remember returns go to Germany. So make sure you order the right size.

BoomBooty is an outstanding company! Amazing product, really well made and durable. They hold my tummy In, my legs look thinner and my bottom amazing! Their customer service is prompt, really lovely and pleasant. I have nothing but good things to say about them and I’ve already bought 2 more pairs!

Scam company! Ordered some leggings from them, when I received them they were very poor quality so I emailed to request a refund. Despite their returns policy claim I didn’t receive a response, I tried twice more within the 14 day notification period and not once did they reply! I contacted my bank instead and raised a transaction dispute and got my money back through them

I ordered leggings using the size guide. It is completely inaccurate and the leggings I ordered are way too big for me. Unfortunately I missed the deadline to return because I wrongly assumed it would be 28 days, as most normal businesses are (my fault, I am aware) But I feel when an item isn’t correct a small amount of leeway should be given to the customer. I also don’t understand why I should being pay return postage when it is due to the dodgy size guide that the leggings don’t fit. Very disappointing
