I wonder where these 5 star reviews come from. Firstly the fabric is sooooo uncomfortable, secondly if you actually plan to workout in those leggings, forget about it, third they are by far not true to size. Ive ordered an S but they are probably an L with very looooong legs. The costumer service is nonexistent. They ask you to pay to send them back to a different country even though is their fault, not mine.

Would stay well clear of this company. Took a couple of weeks to arrive and their customer service is very poor.
Returned leggings on the 6th of March and they haven't received them apparently so no refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this "company" at all costs. My items arrived damaged and wrong size. After trying to get in touch to find out how I can return my items, I had to make a dispute through PayPal. Finally got a response and followed their protocol. Had to arrange return via courier which cost £15, this was in February. Never heard anything until I got a random email a month later responding to the very first email I had sent about requesting a return!! Explained my package was sent and gave the tracking number. Again no response. Then only this week I received notification that my card was charged a further £15 because my package was being sent back to me due to the company REFUSING it. So I have not only wasted money on these leggings, another £30 has been spent for nothing. No surprise that the the email I have sent regarding this has been ignored!! **Edit** After writing this review, within 24hrs I got a PayPal notification to inform me I was being refunded by the amount that the 2 items I had sent back cost. However I am totally out of pocket anyway but at least it is something. I won't take this review down due to the lengths I have went to, to try and get my money back. People need to be aware and judging by others reviews I'm not the only one!

Terrible customer service - I ordered a size based on their advice on the website, no actual sizing are given, and they were too big. Told to return them to Germany, which wasn’t on the website, the cost of which is almost half the price of the leggings! Tried to contact them further regarding the return and have received no reply. Extremely disappointing

Very human and kind communication with the Support staff. Tights look and feel exactly as described on the website, extremely comfy and well made. Would recommend!

I bought 1 pair of BoomBooty Classic Black leggins. I was very skeptical. But they came within 3 weeks and i loved them. You can feel it is a nice quality. So 2 weeks ago i ordered another pair for myself and one pair for my sister. She is a size small and i am a size xl. They came fast this time. Mayby in a week or so. And it is the same fabric and same nice quality. And my sister and her husband😉 also loves them. I think it is very important to write a review when something surprises you in a good way. And i can honestly say that Boombooty did that. So thank you.🙏

I finally received an email from support regarding returning my leggings and of course they advise me return shipping is at my cost. Gave me the return address in Germany when they were shipped to me from Franklin Illinois. sent them a photo of the packaging showing where they were shipped from. Waiting on a response from them now. seems funny to me they would expect me to return them to an international address when that’s not where they were shipped from.
Expected to return item internationally when shipped to me within US. My order number is 10406. I have emailed twice to return these less than par leggings with no response. This company is a sham! Do not order from them! They advertise they have a refund policy which clearly is false advertising. I will be opening a complaint with Facebook, which is a huge advertisement platform for them. They need to know by allowing this company to operate through their social media site they are deceiving people. I have nothing but time and will post a negative review anywhere I can find a tag online with their name.

All I want to do is return my item I do not believe that should be such a struggle. I have emailed numerous times no reposnse VERY POOR customer service and the quality of the item is not much better I recommend to avoid

I ordered these leggings after seeing them on Instagram. The leggings did arrive but they were sent from China not Germany.

The leggings are a horrible itchy material and do not fit well at all!

I have been trying to request a refund for over a week by emailing their support email address provided on their website. I have received no response despite several attempts.

I have also tried contacting them on Instagram but still had no luck.

If you order these leggings, you will not be satisfied and will not be able to return them.

I placed the order weeks ago and when i check status it just says they are getting it ready. It should have shipped by now! I emailed customer service twice and no response. I'm starting to think its a scam and may ask VISA to investigate and get my money back. Buyer beware!!

Edit: leggings arrived finally, but their website was never updated to say it was being shipped, and they never responded to the three inquiries I made. The leggings are ok, pretty much as advertised but not sure I like the fit, feels like a wedgie.
