i had Alex as my instructor, he was amazing and taught me from no knowledge of how to drive a car. he supported me after i failed my first test and helped me to find a cancellation soon after, which thankfully i passed. always explained everything to me and let me keep trying regardless of if i make a mistake. couldn’t have had it any better !! also the customer service was amazing whenever i need to book a lesson or move a date with lovley staff.

My experience with Boom was amazing . My instructor Jolie was patient , friendly & amazing .
I passed first time all because of Jolie’s amazing teaching . She was very understanding & was always there if i needed to ask any questions about anything i was unsure off . I highly recommend Boom & Jolie Thankyou for everything i’m sure this new found freedom will be an adventure .

Alex has been a brilliant driving instructor! He’s really patient, creates a calm & relaxed atmosphere & is flexible around the needs of the client. Alex explains things really well & he’s personable & friendly. I would definitely recommend him & the driving company if you are looking for an instructor. Thank you Alex!

i had my confidence knocked by a previous instructor and being messed around so my friend recommended jolie after helping her pass first time and all i can say is she is amazing, so patient and friendly and an amazing way of teaching. she believed in me and was so helpful with any questions i had. an amazing instructor i would recommend to any one looking for an instructor!!

My instructor Alex was great in helping me pass on my fourth attempt (first under him).

He, as I’m sure everyone else at Boom! as well, knew how to teach me and what would be best for me to gain confidence after multiple fails.

Manuela Sima has been a brilliant 👏 driving instructor helping my daughter to pass first time - would never believed it 6 months ago. She built her confidence and explained everything very clearly. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to learn to drive.

I just passed my driving test yesterday and have to give credit to Lucie for being such a patient and great driving instructor throughout my learning journey. Also for getting me in touch with Ian to help with pre-test nerves which really got the best of me a couple of times before.
All my interactions with the school have been very professional and staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this driving school for new learners!

Prior to Nearway (Boom driving) i had an instructor, he was a bad one to say the least and it become demotivating to drive or even try, but after leaving him and being introduced to Simon at Nearway, that completely changed. A very calm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere was provided, whilst informing you of improvements you can make to your driving. Simon and Nearway legitimately care about drivers as well as beyond when they pass and i would 110% recommend them for anyone.

Massive thank you to Simon. He taught me everything I needed to know before my test and made sure I was mentally and physically ready to take it.

Lucie is a fantastic instructor! She is welcoming and friendly. Very encouraging and made learning to drive easy and fun! She was always on time and made time for me when I got my test. Thanks to Lucie I passed my test with 0 minors!

I’ve had a great time learning to drive with Nearway (Alex), has been very patient and kind to me which has helped a lot with my confidence and nervousness. Would definitely recommend them.
