They lipstick is drying

The lipstick is drying. The night cream caused a rosacea flare. The company has not responded to email and there is no other contact information.

Drying

The lipstick is a beautiful color, but it is drying and does NOT last long. Will not order any more.

I am profoundly disappointed by the…

I am profoundly disappointed by the discernible shift away from brand accountability. There was a time when this company provided the exclusive lipstick I used and offered unparalleled customer service tailored to women. I question what led to this change. The current lipstick formulation lacks both color and shine. The website displays product images that do not accurately represent the items received, yet the company has declined to offer replacements. I was advised to layer the lackluster shades I received in an attempt to achieve the vibrant color I originally ordered. The application experience is comparable to applying a candle to my lips. My attempts to communicate these concerns to the company were met with indifference. Furthermore, the Better Business Bureau has assigned a D rating to their business practices. A brand that once excelled has demonstrably declined. Should you still wish to purchase this lipstick, I recommend doing so from a reputable retailer that guarantees product satisfaction.

Lipsticks drying & colors not true-to-sahe

I ordered 2 lipsticks in different shades that are marketed as hydrating. Sadly, I found them to be the opposite! They actually dried and even highlighted the lines on my lips. I also find the colors too intense; for example, I ordered the "true soft pink" and it's not "soft" at all. I reached out to the company the same day I received the lipsticks and unfortunately for me, they don't offer refunds. I'm posting this review to advise other potential new customers-- make sure you really want (and that you're going to like) what you're ordering because you're stuck with them whether you like it or not.
