Never used this company before. Easy to order and reasonably priced. Arrived very quickly and nicely packaged. I'm Never Disappointed.

Firstly, I have used Boomf before and have never been disappointed with their product. My grandchildren absolutely love the poppy up cards! I use Boomf every time now, although a little more choice would be lovely. I made a mistake in the delivery date of my last order and received amazing support from the Live Chat. I waited a few minutes for a reply but it was sorted very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Well done Boomf Team and thank you for saving a very embarrassed gran from a very red face!

Excellent!

Recently, I ordered a card for my boyfriend's birthday. It was super easy, cute, and the delivery was even quicker than expected.
Everything was great, except that the card didn't really pop out right away. Out of curiosity, I reached out to them, and they replied in less than 10 minutes.
I want to give a special thanks to Will, who did everything to help- even offering a replacement, a refund, AND even discounts for future orders, which honestly shocked me. I had never experienced such generous customer service.
I wouldn't advise reaching out to them without a reason though- that wasn't my intention at all- but they still went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
Will definitely be ordering again!

Waste of money …a true damp squib!!!!

Bought a confetti card for son’s 13th birthday and spent quite a bit on it! He opened it today in front of family and friends and it didn’t do anything at all literally had to pull the card out and throw the confetti on him…absolute WASTE OF MONEY!!! Really disappointed would have rather bought a personalised card and written in instead a failed suprise card and then you are left with a piece of cardboard that doesn’t look like a card…don’t bother!

Returned Card

I had not given the flat number so Royal Mail returned the card back to Boomf and they very kindly resent it, I did pay for the second postage but they kept me up to date with everything and I was most appreciative of their help.

Boomf, bombed

Super disappointing & definitely not worth 14 quid with the shipping. 10/10 to the Boomf marketing team to build the brand awareness. 1/10 to the design team who printed (albeit in small type), Boomf branding on the envelope. The result - daughter sussed it was an 'exploding' card before opening it, thus the fun was lost. Like, come on guys!... If s*x toy retailers can manage to do 'plain' packaging, surely you can too?! Whoever said 'size doesn't matter' hasn't had a Boomf card. :(
