Faculty face mask
Hi, I bought 2 masks online. In that one mask was faculty. The metal strip to adjust has broken and came out. I don't know how it passed the quality check. I am bit upset with my first purchase.

Quality is ok once we opened the pack…
Quality is ok once we opened the pack considering the price we paid. Bit disappointed. Also strings very loose.
These are already KN95 masks.

Regarding the price, we just want you to know that the cost of face masks has increased dramatically because of the pandemic. However, we're happy to offer the KN95 Face Mask much lower in price than other sellers you will find online.

Just to confirm we are having to order the face masks in small batches so it doesn't impact on the large businesses or government bodies who require them for front line workers.
