Quick delivery, item seems well made but haven’t needed to use it yet. Rather overpriced for one small disposable mask but we are in a seller’s market for face masks.

Thanks for your review, hope you feel the benefit from wearing the mask soon to keep you safe. Unfortunately, the cost prices of masks has risen considerably throughout the world. We too are at the mercy of suppliers who state that manufacturing costs for materials, increased labour costs and shipping due to stretched services have had a huge impact on the price of masks.
We've found sellers on eBay and Amazon who sell the same masks for much higher than ourselves so we just want you to know that we're keeping prices as low as possible and covering costs without taking advantage of the situation.

Honestly the reply to emails was really swift and the customer service from Graham was amazing.

painful company to deal with
Encountered this company at my company, so assumed they checked out. Purchased a watch from them, they reassured me I had 6 months to return it if I need too and gave me a ‘receipt’. The watch was displayed at a 50percent reduction- now £250 which I paid.
Following a google search a couple of days later for the watch, I realised that the watch was infact being sold at market price! On a couple of other sites, the watch was even being sold for cheaper than the £250 I paid!
To return an item to this company, one must send a picture of the sales invoice to their return address along with the item. I looked at my receipt and realised it was simply a paper voucher. No reference number, no unique identifier, nothing. So basically I figured they’d have no way of tracing me back to the item. They wouldn't necessarily even know who I was!
I contacted the company, annoyed with their false advertising and requested a refund. Emailed...no response, telephoned...constant ‘busy’ tone, texted, no response. Rinse and repeat several times until I contacted both my company and my bank to make them both aware of the issues I’m facing. Coincidentally, the day after I reported them to my bank, they got in touch and asked me to send the watch and some other info to a specified address. I sent it recorded delivery (not taking any chances). They received it but still nothing! A week later I questioned why they had not refunded my money as I know that they have the watch! Finally, they refunded me. The whole process took over 1 month of back and forth!
I will avoid this company in future and advise people to do their research in future!

On the run up to Christmas, our workloads are considerably higher and our team do suffer delays. We have taken measures to ensure this does not happen again and we sincerely do apologise for the disappointment caused.
We would however like to clear up on a couple of things you mentioned, one being the watch itself. All our marketing states the words “up to” when we advertise a discount, so for the 50% off you commented, it would have stated “up to 50% Off”. I have checked your order and the watch you purchased does have an original RRP value of £475.00. So the discount you saved was 48.5%.
With regards to your receipt, you purchased the watch from one of our pop-up sales so they do not carry invoice numbers. Our sales agents write down the product code of your watch and the price you paid so that in the event of a return, we can check the model and price paid and confirm the purchase was made from our company by seeing a copy of this. In the event of a return, we ask our customers to send the item back with a copy of their receipt along with their name, address and a contact telephone number so that we can contact them.
Once again, I'm sorry for the problems you faced, we’d love to make it up to you by offering a 20% off discount code for your next purchase so if you would kindly give us the chance to make things right, please contact us with your full name and address and we will create a code for you.

Great price, delivered as expected and would be happy to use again
Brought an Armani Watch just before Christmas from Boosales. Did my home work was easily worth £500 but got it with discount for £80. All because it was last season stock; do watches really have seasons..... Good for me though.
It did take a couple of weeks to be sent through but they did advise this at point of sale and on their website. When I had a query they were prompt to respond.
The product I received was excellent and I really do like my new watch. I have already recommended to a friend and he has just received his Tissot Watch.
Its rare for me not to find something wrong with a company I use but honestly I can't say anything but good words. Will use again in the future, definitely.
