Did not deliver my order and yet they said they did
They then said they will courier the items when I told them to do so but still tried to use Aus Post
I requested a refund but they are playing dirty delaying tactics.
Avoid these money grabbing people like the plague

Everything went wrong, i paid for the service back in NOV 2022 but never received the indicator on TRADINGVIEW or email. Sent emails and posted that I needed help on TWITTER with my account but no one answered me or returned my call

After looking up the order associated with your email address we found that access was granted to your provided TradingView username, "hottstuffllc21" roughly 3 hours after your initial subscription purchase on 11/7/22. Once access was granted an automated email was sent to you as confirmation.
Shortly after on 11/25/22 we received the following email from your provided address:
"I still don't have service
Account # 2992
Tradingview name is Hotstuff"
To which our team responded on 11/25/22 with:
"Hello,
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. It looks like the original TradingView username we received for your order was “hottstuffllc21”, which is the account we granted access to.
We’ve just switched over your access to the account, “hotstuff”. We’ve also gone ahead and reset your billing cycle such that it begins today and will now renew on 2/25/2023.
If you have any additional questions feel free to reach out!

We have not received any further inquiries from that email address since. However, if the updated account that access has been granted to since 11/25/22, "hotstuff" is actually not your correct TradingView account and you have not been able to access the software since then, we would of course be willing to provide a refund for the orders placed during that time. Simply send an email over to help@boost-signals.com detailing the situation and we'll do our best to get this resolved for you.

I bought it two months ago and after…
I bought it two months ago and after using it a little I just moved on. Since it renewed, I decided to take another look.
I trade NQ and US30. I decided to try the Entry, Take Profit on my 10 minute charts.
It won 4 of 5 (Have photos). I was pleased to say the least. It lost only when I tried it on CL oil. Too unpredictable. The indices trading at sensitiv
ity 18 works well for first 2 hours of opening.

Horridly hard to find PDF instructions
The claimed pdf instructions are at best a challenge to find. Why hide them in some other source [platform? Why not make them available in multiple locates? From the website is easiest? From their Facebook page? Discord, what's that?

I discovered the system was an add on…
I discovered the system was an add on and I had to subscribe to another service in order to be able to use it. Canceled as soon as I found that out because I'm already paying for another charting service that uses my free data streaming from my broker. I'm sure the system would help but it would be nice it if worked with what I already had or was self contained.
Reply to Boost Reply - you have to pay for the data - you have to be subscribed to get real-time data. TradingView's set up is just as convoluted - one area says the service is free - but you can't subscribed to the real time data unless you are subscribed their charting service.

While Boost does plug into TradingView, which may be a different charting service than the one you're currently using, it works on the free version of TradingView! You do not need to upgrade to a paid TradingView plan in order to use Boost.
