I purchased a scooter for my sons 16th…

I purchased a scooter for my sons 16th birthday it has lasted 5 minutes it's falling apart I've tried too get hold of the customer service or Sebastian who does not reply straight away and absolutely no help what so ever I do not recommend this company.

Great customer service from Sebastian…

Great customer service from Sebastian after 2weeks having scooter there was fault in charging and app. he ordered a courier out to pick up the scooter to be fixed and has kept in contact through fixing it. seeing as he doesn't make the scooters I won't take a star off for faulty product as the service has been second to none

Not the best customer service

Ordered my scooter, it arrived tracked, everything was great but suddenly the scooter started to run really slow, I messaged them, they said they'd get back to me when they spoken to the manufacturer, that was in August, not heard a peep since. Now I need to buy a new scooter (from another company) as when I took this one for an independent diagnostic test as I haven't heard from this lot, they said they couldn't fix it, they don't know what's wrong with it. I'm beyond disappointed! £279 down the drain!

From June until near the end of July I messaged you with no response. Then you told me it can't be fixed without even looking at it..

Hey Michelle,
This review is rather unfair and not accurate.
First of all you messaged me to say that someone deliberately cut your motor cables in February, which made the scooter slow so you went to a 3rd party shop to get it fixed which invalidated your warranty by the manufacture.
Accidental damage is not covered under warranty.
I haven't ignored you at all please check your WhatsApp message I can screenshot my reply back to you.
