The U.K. adapter was not in the box as its a 2 pin plug. other than that , its
great little e bike so far , had it only 1 week , its a little heavy , but if you got the right technique for lifting , its not a major issue, its a fair trade off , i.e. more weight more amps per hour , = more distance

I purchased the OUXI electric bike and I can honestly say it’s exceeded expectations. So far I’ve been riding on a mixture of the different power assist settings and completed nearly 20 miles without having to charge it. I 100% recommend it.
