Very good service!

When a need help, they was very fast and give me all the assist i needed.

Terrible! Feels like some sort of beta experiment. Was hoping to find an alternative to GeForce NOW (with unlimited game time). But this is a total joke. Input lag, artifacts, choppy fps and stuttering. I have a very fast and stable connection but that seems to be Boosteroid's only line of defense for this atrocity. "It's your connection". Never had any problems with GeForce NOW. So for you people that are looking for a propper alternative, save your time. Unfortunately this ain't it.

Hello, I’m sorry to have to write this because I originally thought Boosteroid was a good service. Recently, I purchased a yearly subscription, but I made a mistake — I shared my account details with a friend who ended up betraying me, changing my password and email, and locking me out of my account.

I immediately contacted live support, but I kept receiving the same response:

“We’re sorry to hear about this situation. However, according to Section 5.3 of our Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.”

I reached out multiple times. They told me my case would be reviewed and that I would be contacted soon, but I never received any follow-up. The next day, I contacted them again via live support and email, and my ticket was simply closed without any explanation.

I find this approach completely unacceptable. I even provided valid proof of my subscription payment, and I believe that with proper support, this issue could have been resolved.

I am extremely disappointed. The service itself might not be bad, but the customer support is terrible. As soon as you encounter a more serious issue, you’re on your own.

To make matters worse, I was suddenly permanently banned from their Discord server without any explanation or warning.

For me, Boosteroid is completely done. I lost my money, and I do not recommend this service. It may work fine as long as nothing goes wrong — but if it does, don’t expect any real help.

The recent assistance I received with my purchase was very helpful; they were extremely helpful and attentive. I would definitely pay again for another month if possible.

I was surprised and pleased with the level of service and support provided by Boosteroid. I decided to try it out just to evaluate the progress of cloud remote desktops, and was very impressed with what's been achieved with streaming of games that impose a heavy GPU load. Part of the problem is, of course, that Boosteroid ends up shielding people, particularly gamers, from artificial planned obsolescence and even remote sabotage (I've had a GeForce card used by government hackers to set my motherboard on fire in the past, for example.) So, they do deal with some real support challenges and I understand why the experience isn't perfect at all times, but it's worth noting that their support staff really go above and beyond to make things work for their users. I'm not a gamer and probably won't renew, but if I was, there's no question I'd be with Boosteroid! It's a great service.

The service is just terrible. Support is poor and doesn't help at all. RDR 2 (EGS) performed horribly at first. I was getting less than 30 fps even on the lowest settings with max FSR! Meanwhile, their in-app statistics consistently show over 110 fps. But the game itself feels like a slideshow, which is proven by the in-game benchmark. The frame rate dropped as low as 3–4 fps!

And they blamed me for the poor in-game performance. In other words, they don't help. I had to waste a lot of time trying to explain to their support that the game's poor performance couldn't possibly be my fault.

Later, the game started working. But I only managed to play it for about 10 hours before it went into maintenance for nearly 2 weeks!!! At the same time, the Steam and Rockstar Launcher versions are working fine, but the EGS version isn't. And this game is exactly why I bought the subscription in the first place.

They refuse to offer any compensation. This means that at any moment – even right after you subscribe – the service you paid for can become unusable, and no one will compensate you for it! That's company policy. And it's a scam!

UPD. Reply to Reply from Boosteroid. You are manipulating the facts! The EGS version of RDR 2 works good. It runs on my PC. But my PC can't run it with high settings. So I bought your subscription. The game didn't receive any updates. But it has been unavailable on your service for the entire month. Before that it had performance problems on your servers. I can't play, but you took the money for the subscription. And you won't compensate anything. And I've contacted your support many times. They don't help.

i really liked their support, and enjoy using boosteroid a lot. i live in brazil and haven't had any connection issues. recently i had a problem and VoidPirate help me a ton - excellent customer servicer!

That s the best cloudgaming platform ever, i can play whatever games on my bad pc only with a good network

Good service, really fast response, prices awesome

Boosteroid is a good service of cloud gaming, you can use it practically unlimited, the quality of support is great,because I can solve the problem almost everytime, has a variety of games that aren't accessible on other cloud gaming providers, maybe it has some issues with connection but great overall, I will keep using it and recommend it to other users too!

They have fantastic servers if you are looking to play any type of game (well, most games) on a low-end computer or even a Chromebook. Use this website. The support is amazing; it's also very fast and efficient.

My gent was very helpful . Answered all my questions about being able to play RDR2 on my IPad despite bing late at night. They were fast and reliable .

It's a terrible website, and there's no way to get a refund. Rest assured that most of the time you'll have a terrible connection with significant lag, no matter where you are. If you find that their service doesn't suit you, they won't refund your money. They won't refund your money under any circumstances; you can find this information on their website.

80 megabits... but 250ms, in Germany. The servers are in bike range for me, yet the performance is abysmal. It's even worse for friends from places with worse infrastructure.

If I experience these issues, I hardly believe it is worth paying for for most people.

Just try to claim this as fake. I know my rights as a consumer and I already have the proof on hand to fight your abusive practices, trustpilot. Bet your money on it.

I've been using Boosterpid since 2023 and they are always updating their system since then, they are always getting better and they listen to their customer.
