I have just received a bill for over 1350.00 pounds for gas. I only had this trouble since you fitted a smart meter. As I am on a pay as you go meter I cannot see how I owe all of this to you I will be changing to a new supplier as soon as I can this is Mrs p thomas and I am using my sisters email

Hello i’ve been with ovo for over 10…
Hello i’ve been with ovo for over 10 years and over the last three years we have had over six /eight new meters. now only one week old we need two more and every time your men have to come around my house i have to pay someone to clear it out for me. as i’m disabled and i can’t get under the stairs to move it. it’s not the meters that’s the problem it’s the silly men who put the meters in because they don’t know how to match them up so this is going to be the last time because i can not afford it

Dear sir madam, I asked for a smart meter for my gas, you told me no problem, and arranged to a fitting ,but the engineer when he came told me not possible because electric meter too far away from gas meter, Now if when I asked for a smart meter, you should ask how far away is electric meter was ,this would have saved money and time for me and your engineer, and the cost of all this is put onto customers bill, not a good way to run a business
