The rudest customer service I've ever…
The rudest customer service I've ever received in my life. Been a pay as you metre since moving into the property. There app doesn't work to top up, sick and tired of ringing everyday, so I've asked to pay monthly. They have quoted me £120 a month. Accepted that quote and they've since changed it to £237 a month. When I ring up, they are rude and horrible and talking over me. A single lady on my own, out at work all day and working nights on the weekends. No way on earth am I using all that energy. They are refusing to recalculate my useage. Absolutely disgusting. Have reported to the ombudsman.
