Excellent customer service.
The customer advisor that dealt with me is what everyone would like when they have an energy supply query or problem to resolve, even arranging to call me back at a time convenient to me.
Toba came across as being polite and friendly while also being very helpful and thorough, ensuring that I got the company's best energy deal currently available. Ensuring that it suited our usage, even if that meant switching from Economy 7 to a single rate supply.
It's not often that I come off a customer advisor call with a smile, feeling that I have a completly satisfactory resolution.

I don't need to bash them, they do a good enough job themselves. As part of OVO group, you would expect better but alas no such luck.
Leaving them as they are incapable of moving a PAYG account to a monthly account. Seriously useless
