Very helpful when I've had trouble with my meter, it was replaced within a few hours.
When I ran out of emergency credit and put some on it didn't register so again I was guided by phone how to reset it from the old box outside. Easy to keep track of what I'm spending.

I have never had a problem with Boost
I have never had a problem with Boost. They have helped me on many occasions and have always explained everything in detail so I understand. I am disabled and they never seem to leave me when I'm in a mess financial. I have been with them for many years and wouldn't change to another provider. Not once have I add to complain. Thank you for your great service Boost. 😊
Payment options
I was given all the information on different options for making payments for future bills, that I found very helpful, with no pressure, the customer service was a pleasure dealing with me, and I chose the best plan for me.
Not a good company or app
How people give this company and app more than 2 stars, I really don't understand. It's a crap app and trying to add credit is at times a nightmare and often down. It now is moving back to OVO at some point, but that is not even clear, when it will happen.
It's only because I have a smart top up meter that I had stayed with them, but I will be looking around for another supplier, that can provide a better service.

The advisor - Nicola - was excellent in her appreciation of the purpose for my call.
Her articulation, diction, tone and pitch were top class and made the call that much easier
She is, without question, a tribute to the OVO brand.
