My update after all this company already done to me today I recieved in post yet another threatening letter to apply court access a warrant force entry to my home even after they all ready replaced my old meters to
smart meters by false misleading info saying I had faulty gas meter I cant deal all this threats any longer anyone help me what I can do to stop this I live my own I work 6 nts a week I'm afraid I'm going have my home forced into I cant cope all this anymore
Monday morning I will be seeking advice get there supply removed contacted me say my meter gas was faulty then proceeded with installing both gas and electric with smart meter not once said this prior then left me no way top by card key my entire shopping for month as I'm pay monthly now defrosted as they left me no electric entire night and today even though informed me I will have supply over weekend until they open Monday if it wasnt my neighbour who I hardly know that seen me so upset came help I had give him my bank details so I could get top up as I only do it through bank transfer as they took away my key card to top up I'm so upset I been mistreated lied to in this way I dread think how many old people gone through same thing by them I will make sure there meter removed I will not pay any charge as they first said I have pay £106 if I wanted this I never knew let alone agree smart meter being installed worst upsetting experience I ever gone through
Do not go with this energy supplier they are absolute disgrace they told me I had a faulty gas metre then they sent an engineer and without my knowledge fitted an electric and my gas with a smart Meter they told me I wouldn't be about electrical gas at the weekend I am no gas and I'm about to run out of electorate and you can't even get in touch with anybody they said they put credit on my smart Meter it's won't work nothing is working I have no heat and I am no gas and their electric issuing about to run out this company is disgusting they came into my home and lied and told me I was having my gas meter change because it was faulty they went without my knowledge and fitted electric meter and a gas meter with their smart Meter and now I'm left with nothing to with any energy

Only been with Boost for approximately a month as they are changing over to Ovo.
However the service has been very good and the people who I have spoken with have been very clear and concise and everything was explained clearly.
