Hellish company. Departments don’t talk to each other don’t turn up at scheduled appointments, then turn up without any notification and expect to be granted access.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I have paid using pay-as-you-go for over a year. Suddenly they say due to a mistake on their end, they were charging me the wrong amount and have given me a bill of close to £300.
It should be illegal to retrospectively charge customers more for a service that has already been delivered.
Absolute scumbags.

Meter top up - hard work
If you’re unable to access the app to top up your energy meter, you get sent a bar code via email as they no longer issue cards. That’s a great idea however no shop at a payzone will willing allow you to top up your meter.
If you’re a uk resident I would not recommend this company, just out of inconvenience when it comes to topping up your account. I have had to go into emergency, drove from each shop for about 6 miles and no one will top me up.
