The Lamine Yamal boots are practically nowhere to be found, and Boots Dubai had them! Communication and urgency of delivery was outstanding. Ordering again right now.

Greetings, I am not sure how to remove my one star review. I had issued a one star review with the title Scam Scam Scam. Following a great deal of effort on my part and Boots Dubai’s efforts to rectify a very odd situation, I received today - over six months after the original order was placed!!!-most of what was ordered. One item was not included. I appreciate the staff at Boots Dubai following through with my order and as a consumer, the situation was very difficult. Perhaps it was an unusual situation but lessons learned on both sides… Trusting your shipping partners, ensuring you have the correct address, ensuring that the package is complete with all the items ordered and paid for, persistence as the consumer… Lots of lessons learned.

Not genuine products
* Look great from a distance but they’re not genuine product. Upon closer look you can see the imperfections in the sole and stitching. As products are advertised as “100% original” it’s a bit disappointing.
* Not comfortable to wear because the sole doesn’t have any flex to it, guess this is because of the materials used.
* Price and aesthetic is good though, depends what you’re looking for, comfort is important to me!
* Shipping took 3 weeks, I expected that so all good.

BEWARE NON AUTHENTIC FOOTBALL BOOTS FROM BOOTSDUBAI
We purchased a pair of Adidas football boots from BootsDubai. We asked if the boots were real and Authentic which they confirmed they were.
We paid the full price and when they were delivered you could see from the way the boots were made along with the packaging they were fake. I could have purchased the real thing direct from Adidas for approx £30 more.
Be aware of this Company and be aware of the Authenticity when buying as you will not get your money back. The staff seem polite but you are better of buying from a site in the UK.
Not sure where these people are based as they use a US telephone number.
Do not trust what these people tell you!
I just saw a customer review from a person that purchased the Yamal latest football boots.
They stated that know one had them apart from Boots Dubai.
