Really good clear prints

Took a minute to work out how to edit on the website. Once done was all pretty easy and pictures look amazing! Getting compliments from everyone that sees them. So clear and good detail

So many things went wrong

So many things went wrong,
It is advertised as being ready in 30 minutes, this is untrue, I placed an order at 11:30am and at 8pm at night the photos and code did not work in the shop. I rang the helpline and they were dismissive and said to just order it again.
I also consulted with the online chat with Nabila and they were also equally as unhelpful, often taking 20 minutes to reply each time.
I choose them for speed of 30 minutes next time I will be sticking with a local company
The photos were also extremely expensive at almost €50 for 60 photos!! Locally, they will have 100 for €30!!
Very poor form from boots

Don’t use CEWE photograph company that BOOTS…

The CEWE photograph company that BOOTS use. State that they offer quality products photos. Which is why I chose them. I spent hours creating a hard back photo book. For our sons 50th birthday Cost £58 delivered. Started off well as I turned pages. They left out 5 pages blank. On complaint they told me to show proof of destroying the said book then and only then , would send a voucher for a free one! Not Free !! I paid over the odds! After many e mails, I will never use them again .

I’ve looked into this and can see that your order was placed with empty pages at the end of the photobook. This was part of the project design and would have been visible at the time the order was placed. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes to customer orders once submitted and print them exactly as received.

We understand that mistakes can happen and are more than happy to work with you to resolve this, as our aim is for you to have a photobook you can be proud of.

I can see that our team offered you the option to return the photobook in exchange for a voucher, allowing you to make the changes yourself, remove the empty pages, and place a replacement order at no additional charge. When this was declined, we also offered the option to render the product unusable and provide photo proof so we could issue a voucher. Unfortunately, this option was also declined.

As none of these options were taken, we were unable to assist further and the issue remains unresolved. We’re sorry that you remain unhappy. If you decide to return or render the photobook unusable, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help you arrange a corrected replacement.
