Premium Paper Issue

The quality of the premium paper is inconsistent. The batch received today is thin, so badly cut that the paper edge is frayed on all the photos. Also every photo as a white line at the top. There has been satisfactory batches before but this one should not have passed quality control. It is otherwise a handy service with a user friendly website.

really lovely cushion

really lovely cushion, colour is good and it was easy to design. the only gripe is the time it took to reach us but it was quicker than it said it would be and i should have ordered it earlier!

Unsatisfactory experience this time

I ordered prints online, the software said some loss of sharpness at the edges. I rang in to check that they werent going to be cropped and was told that no they wouldnt be. So placed the order but when the prints arrived they were indeed cropped so no use to me. Refunds needed the prints to be returned which was aggravation so didnt bother.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service at the Cowbridge Road Cardiff Boots store. The staff have no interest in helping customers. Will not get photos delivered to that store again as they can never find them.
