Bargain hunting without leaving the house

I have been ordering from Booztlet for over 2 years now, ever since my LO was born and I truly love everything. People are also surprised at the prices of the items, and I just feel like I won the lottery every time I find a new deal .

Literally the best option when you want to bargain hunt without leaving the house :)

No delivery (yet)

I order 18th December, some clothes for my daughter and chose for the package to be delivered at a DHL locker, according to DHL the driver is on the way to that place since 24th December! I demand to know where is my pacakge, I already wrote DHL and contact service of Boozlet but i get no answer.

Horrible

Placed an order, returned it 4 days later. Took ages before receiving a refund given in store credit, which was certainly not requested. Send a mail. No response. Send another mail. Again no response. Waited for 40 minutes calling customer service. Finally they took up to then break the connection due to bad signal. What a horrible experience.

Deffective Item , Broken promises and endless runaround


My order arrived with a torn jacket. After reporting this, their first response was an apology and an offer of a discount to keep the defective item. Before I could even respond to that offer, they went silent for three weeks.

Out of the blue, a different representative then told me my "return was approved" for a full refund and instructed me to send it back. When I reminded them of the prior discount offer, I was dismissively told that message was "automatic" and they investigated and they don’t want to do discount , my only option was to return the jacket for a refund. There was zero continuity or care in handling my case.

Frustrated, I posted a review here on Trustpilot. Only then did someone from Booztlet contact me and said she want to sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding regarding my claim. I misinterpreted your message.
Her "solution"? She informed me the jacket was back in stock and that I could purchase a new one myself on the website, at the same price. She explicitly stated they would not send a replacement automatically. This is not a solution; this is asking a customer who received a faulty product to do all the work to fix their mistake.

Now, having complied and returned the defective jacket, the item is nowhere to be found on their website. I am left with no jacket, no resolution, and the complete runaround.

Summary of Failures:

1. Shipped a damaged product.
2. Made a discount offer, then ignored me for weeks.
3. Provided conflicting, automated instructions with no regard for previous communication.
4. Only engaged after a public review.
5. Offered an insulting, self-service "solution."
6. Now, the item is unavailable, leaving me with nothing.

This is not how a reputable company operates. I have spent over a month trying to resolve a simple issue that was caused by them, and I am now worse off than when I started. The customer service has been incoherent, unprofessional, and utterly ineffective.

My demand is simple: Booztlet needs to locate and send me the jacket I originally paid for in new condition, or provide a full refund plus compensation for this unacceptable hassle. I will update this review if and when this is finally resolved.
