We are sorry to hear that the boots did not fit as expected, even though you followed the size chart, and that this led to a return.

Our return processing time is up to 16 days from the moment the return is sent until it is registered at our warehouse. In many cases it is faster, but during periods with a high volume of incoming parcels, it can take the full processing time. Once the return is registered, you will automatically receive a return confirmation by email, which also includes information about your refund based on the payment method used.

Booztlet is our outlet store, where we offer the same brands and products as Boozt but with discounted prices on selected items. To be able to maintain these lower outlet prices, shipping and return fees apply, and these are always shown clearly in the checkout before completing a purchase.

Regarding newsletters, it should of course be easy to manage your subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of our emails, and if there are any issues, our customer service will be happy to help you review your settings and ensure everything is handled correctly in line with applicable regulations.
