Fine

The marketing is too pushy, shipping has become more expensive, and the size chart isn't always accurate.
The filtering by material needs some work. When selecting cotton, it still returns synthetics because the materials are mixed.
The selection could be expanded. Also, add perfumes, cosmetics, etc.
Otherwise, everything is fine.

The return doesn’t work

The return doesn’t work!
I returned some items almost a month ago, but Booztlet.com has still not processed the refund and they don't reply on my mails, at all!!! 😡

Depending on the country you are returning from, it can take up to 20 days from the day you drop off the package at the parcel shop for your return to be received and registered at our warehouse. Misleading size charts

Bought some boots, the size chart didn’t correspond to reality. Had to return the boots. Sent them an email asking abiut the refund of the return money. The never answer. In the end all I did was wasting time and money.

Our return processing time is up to 16 days from the moment the return is sent until it is registered at our warehouse. In many cases it is faster, but during periods with a high volume of incoming parcels, it can take the full processing time. Once the return is registered, you will automatically receive a return confirmation by email, which also includes information about your refund based on the payment method used.

Very non- transparent pricing

Very non- transparent pricing. High delivery fees, the same fees to be paid for returning the goods. Even if prices look good at first, adding all the fees is just a regular eshop but definitely not an outlet. Never buying again. On top of that, had to request cancellation of your subscription like 10 times, as you keep on sending emails anyway, are you even trying to comply with ant EU Laws? Really sad

The quality is good but only if you are…

The quality is good but only if you are lucky and getting what u orderd in good shape, otherwise the return process and getting ur money back takes forever , and if u do the complaint so it is even worse, they say it is 72 hours, but it seems not
