Great service, great music
Had a great time in the Manchester store! We were served by Emmett who happily gave us a demo of some PA speakers we were interested in, and we spent a good amount of time chatting music and DJing in general. He even gave us tips for how to get the most out of the kit we'd just bought. Great service, hopefully will pop by the store again soon

Brilliant
Brilliant, used recently for 4 separate orders: a Allen & Heath PX5 mixer, then Sennheiser HD25 Plus set, which I'd called about price matching and because I'd bought the PX5 a few days before they gave me a great deal on the HD25 Plus set and tied it to a combo deal, despite them being ordered days later. I then bought Concorde Club II head-shells and carts and finally, a Decksaver for the mixer. All separate purchases and all receiving the same attentive and super-fast service. Next stop, a Roland SP404, once my wallet has recovered!
All-in-all, 5 well-deserved stars for everything I personally experienced including: deal-making/price-matching; delivery times; information and their website being easy to work with; help on the phone (when I called a couple of times). One of the best online retail experiences I've had. If they had a physical store near me, I would be there in a flash!

I love Bop
I love Bop - but my orders last week weren't what I was expecting. Firstly, the payment on PayPal made didn't translate into an order on their system, and it wasn't until I called looking for the status of the delivery that they realised their systems weren't working properly. Secondly, after this first issue, I emailed to request changes to that order, which wasn't due for despatch for another 3 days. I'd previously called the pre-recorded message recommended email for non urgent matters, and I obliged. But by the looks of it, no one has seen the email, and the order papers to have been despatched without revision... the order is now received and I've heard nothing back from customer service. I like Bop, and will continue to use them, but they really need to improve their online framework and their turnaround of emailed queries
