Shipping is extremely slow

Shipping is extremely slow. I put my order on 6/7/23. Today 6/12/23 is has not been shipped. Certainly will not arrive on time. It was a birthday present for my dad.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!
This is my last Nordstrom and Borderfree purchase.

Items Missing

I have placed 10 orders with U.S. retailers through Borderfree and of those orders, 5 went through with no issues. The other 5 were either very late shipping or arrived missing items. The most recent was through Ann Taylor and the package arrived with an item missing. The Packing Slip reads as if it was in there and Ann Taylor is refusing to either replace or refund the item as the paperwork shows it was in the package when shipped. 4 other previous times the same thing happened with other retailers. Overall I don't think I will use them again.

I got scared when I saw reviews from this platform because I had already placed my order and waiting for the delivery. I must say I was expecting the the worst but fortunately that was not the case. The expected delivery date was spot on and I had accurate and constant update of the location of my goods. I am in Rwanda, Africa and I must say the service was excellent!

I tried emailing them but I get a message that you're nor in their system that my email is not recognized When I been with them 5 years 1/10 Disgusting I now contacted Pitney Bowes who has the order traceable from Saks Fifth Avenue NY

Terrible

Terrible. part of my order did not come in and there is absolutely no way to reach them. You can use a certain email for some things but when you use the same email about your missing order it’s a non responsive email. Will never use this company again. My sons gift won’t arrive for Christmas.

This company is about as legit as a three pound coin, typical scammers place a nominal fee on your account (1c 1p ) to authorise transactions and then ,days, weeks, later start to bleed your account at will.DO NOT USE THEM.My partner was almost fleeced by them but luckily we spotted it and flagged it on time.Bank informed us that this is a common practice among scammers! Go Google 'em, once you get past their self promoting blurbs you'll come across the truth about these pond life scamming scum bags!

Only use these morons if you haven't made an expensive mistake in a while and you want to be reminded how it felt.

Ordered some clothes from the US. Firstly, they emptied my bank account by charging me $1400 AUD in several smaller transactions for an invoice that was $600. When I contacted them was basically told 'sucks to be you - we'll release the many. many holds we've put on your account AFTER the last payment ships, but for the last payment to ship we'll have to charge your card again'. was left with a balance of minus 20 bucks in my account for a week, and they couldn't have given less of a fck.

Also has taken them a month (so far) to ship from the US to AUS. If i'd used a freight-forwarder in the US like ComGateway (which i will be from now on) then i normally receive delivery in < 7 days.

Absolute sh.it-stain of an organisation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered some Rock 5 training shoes. On arrival they are too small. Despite advertising an exchange, not only can you not exchange, they are charging me o er £40 to return them. So it will cost me over £49 to not have a product to show for it! Absolute madness. As far as customer service is concerned, it is non existent!!! Will never do business with these sharks again, and neither should anyone else!!

Customer Service Lacking...a Lot

Be very careful. Purchased item in USA with Cdn credit card. Borderfree did their own money conversion so they could charge me the amount in Cdn. But after they got the proper amount, then converted that larger amount a 2nd time, so instead of me having a $62 charge, I had a $90ish charge to my card. My complaints went on deaf ears. Then there was the their return policy. I have no idea why Macy's works with them.

Absolutely Wonderful & Dependable !

What an amazing service they provide. I needed to buy golf related sports equipment. The product was not available in India so online I found it on the PGA SUPERSTORE in the US.

I ordered it online and it said 6 to 10 business days. I placed the order on Friday and here we are on Thursday and I just received it so that’s 4 business days.

Amazing it is to receive the product in 4 business days from the other side of the globe.

I fail to understand how so many bad reviews.I am absolutely happy with borderfree service and I rate them extremely good.

This was my first time I used borderfree and definitively I am going to keep using them.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I’m a Canadian and ordered a chair through Bloomingdale’s with borderfree twice. Never received tracking information. I called numerous times and was charged long distance calls. My package was never shipped to me and cancelled without my knowledge. Instead of rectifying the situation they told me to reorder because the order got lost. Once I did that the same thing happened, no tracking info, I would complain and the order got cancelled without my knowledge. Waited two months for a chair for our nursery, thankfully I ordered early enough and ended up buying local. Never use this company, terrible customer service.

1.1k stolen.

if i could have 0 stars i would. bought 2 wwe belts from wwe shop. borderfree was handling the shipment, waited about 1 month my package never arrived or got a update on the tracking. i then contacted wwe, got my order cancelled and was told the money would be in my account after 1-5 days. my original order was on the 24th of may, got in cancelled on the 30th of june, contacted them again on the 17th of august to see where my money was and was told to contact borderfree which i tried emailing and calling to get no response. so that is 1.1k just gone down the drain.
