Fantastic I ordered a laptop on the Thursday morning and was delivered on the Saturday morning.

Laptop bought was super clean and looked like new. When shipped the laptop was sent in very protective packaging. Came with all the accessories needed.

Overall experience was brilliant would definitely use again.

Kindly donated a laptop to a vulnerable family we are supporting. Has made a huge impact to the family and was very gratefully received.

I needed a Dell docking station, ultrawide monitor and other equipment. Borngood was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Professional and friendly, they gave me some great advice, made sure everything was working and set up properly.

Oh and they recyled some old kit I donated that will be given to someone who needs it.

Had it all hooked up for a couple of weeks now and its exactly what I was hoping for and all at a cracking price.

I wanted a larger screen easy to use laptop. They recommended a HP 850 G3. It arrived very quickly but best of all the condition was way better than I expected. In fact, it was hard to tell it had been used before. When it came and I opened the box it was presented in air sac purposely made for laptops. It had been sealed in an airtight bag and came with special paper inserted on the keyboard just like a new laptop. I have had this for over 6 month now and it is still in superb condition. I would definitely recommend Born Good.

I ordered some IT equipment to be able to work from home, 2 monitors and a docking station. All the products were packed really well and secure. The delivery was very fast and the whole experience really good.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a refurbished HP laptop from BornGood, and I must say, it was a brilliant experience from start to finish! Beyond the laptop itself, the customer service was exemplary. I wasn’t 100% sure what I needed and was a bit unsure that buying a previously used computer was a good idea, so I contacted them before I purchased. One of their team (Alex) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and advised me on a model he thought would meet my needs. He certainly knows his stuff! Upon delivery (the day after I ordered!!) it was evident that BornGood takes immense pride in their products and customer satisfaction.
It was packaged extremely well and looked as though it had never been used before!
When I switched it on it was just like a new laptop and the set-up was easy to follow.
I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending a refurbished laptop from BornGood. It cost me less than half than the one I was looking at in the big PC shop on the edge of town!
