Over many years I have bought a number of used and new cars so I am aware of the pitfalls one can experience from main dealers and second hand purchases.
I came across Borough Green Motors from a motoring website. We were looking for a smaller 4x4 replacement for our Discovery 3. Meeting the principal of the company, Colin Brown was a delight. Immediately he understood our needs and pointed us in the right direction. No hard sell but sound advice. The garage is not a glitzy showroom but a one stop motoring in house operation that covers all your needs. Many thanks to the well oiled team at BGM. What they say they deliver. Oh I forgot to mention we purchased a VW R Line Tiguan 4 motion automatic with a full dealer service history.

A really professional team. Indicators, cracked wheels, nothing phases them. And repairs are quick. Everyone is friendly and knows what they’re doing. It’s really refreshing to take your car to a garage you can trust. Thank you

I can’t recommend Borough Green Garage enough! After purchasing a Peugeot 207 from a dodgy garage that turned out to be completely unroadworthy, I was hesitant to trust any garage again. But Borough Green Garage went above and beyond to restore my confidence. They booked me in right away and fixed all the issues with my car promptly.

The entire team, from the owner to the staff, were incredibly honest, professional, and helpful. As a woman, I’ve often felt uncomfortable in some garages, but here I felt at ease from the moment I walked in. The fact that they’re only 10 minutes away is an added bonus!

Cannot praise this company enough, from the sale to a year on, I had issues outside of my warranty and they went above and beyond to sort them and keep me in regular correspondence. Never buy from Borough green garage. I brought a car from them £4000 Mini Cooper. I drove it home it was smoking oil and petrol. The car was under warranty but I couldn’t drive the car back to a Borough Green garage. I had to pay £90 to take it to the nearest garage to tell me my head gasket has blown. Borough Green Garage collected the car as it was under warranty they said they fixed it and it wasn’t the head gasket. So they bodged the car and gave it back to me. A week later the engine started to make a crackling sound but by then the warranty and it was all to do with the head gasket that they never fixed. My mother and I have lost £4000. Please do not what do ever to buy from this garage. Stay well away.
