The specific part required was immediately ordered, and I received a confirmation email to confirm the order had been submitted. I was given a 'window of time' to expect arrival. It was ordered on Thursday and it arrived
today, Monday. Only 2 working days for delivery.

Great service from Bosch. Heard a strange noise coming from the dishwasher. We were happy because they came out to fix on a day and time slot that suited us. No lengthy delays for parts. The Bosch engineer discovered the issue and fixed it right away with a part he already had on his van. Fast and efficient service. We recommend buying Bosch for their service and quality appliances.
