I had a disappointing experience with Bossette Hair. Despite sending multiple emails, I never received a response. My package is now expected to arrive 11 days later than the quoted delivery time, which is frustrating. Additionally, the shipping costs were unreasonably high given the price of the item and the slow shipping speed. Overall, I expected better service and attention to customer inquiries.
The customer service was amazing as well as the products! I ordered online & picked up the same day. The owner was even kind enough to stay open for a few extra minutes as I traveled through traffic :) I will definitely shop again!
The turnaround time was good, I ordered a 12 14 and 16 and I had no idea that the hair is that short. I haven't got it installed yet hopefully, when I put some color on it it may loosen the curls to make it a little longer but I should have ordered longer inches if I knew it was going to be that short.
This is probably the worst hair I’ve ever had. I decided to try bossette hair again after a previous bad experience. This time was worse. I originally ordered an 18,20,22 bundle box. I received 2 18’s and 1 22. The hair tangles and naps up so bad. I am embarrassed any time I am out or at work.
The hair is amazing, I just wish I had gotten tracking information once ordered. I didn’t receive confirmation of tracking until the day before it arrived.

I love how they have my hair available immediately for pick up the hair quality is fantastic. Good quality time fortunate thing is they never took it upon themselves to correct a past situation that could have made up for the situation, and they have been out of stock of certain items for a while now but overall the quality of product is good. The service could use some improvement though 😒.
