Ordered a eams rocking chair which arrived on time and perfectly packaged. Delivery was fantastic and if a problem does arise or you have an issue they tend to assign a rep to your case straight away, I’m actually quiet amazed at how well they’re doing in terms of helping the customer out and dealing with orders etc, quality products backed by amazing customer service. Just shocked

I ordered a beautiful clear Perspex style chair. The order was dispatched promptly and was easy to assemble. It looks perfect in my dressing room!

Ordered a chair on the basis the website advertised 24 hour dispatch. It was actually another 2 weeks till the chair arrived and it came with the wrong leg colour. I tried calling but like all previous attempts nobody answers the phone. Eventually my email was responded to and the correct legs were sent out. I asked what to do with the previous legs twice and I was eventually told they don’t want them back.

Communication is awful with this company and customer service non existent. They promised compensation at one point but this never materialised.

Despite an initial communication glitch my Arne Jacobsen table lamp arrived on time - and it looks great! OK - so it's a copy, but I can't afford £600 plus for an original. This is a very acceptable decently made version at an affordable price - I love it! These still aren't cheap - but you get what you pay for and I wanted a lamp that was of a sturdy construction, not some flimsy aluminium lookalike. I looked at several alternative suppliers but Boss Living were the most reasonable in terms of price and delivery. So, if like me, you're a Skandiphile on a budget, take a look at Boss Living.

Finally I've found a website that has style!
When I ordered my Kensington side board I was thrilled that I finally found a hand made (and in Britain too- bonus!) cabinet!
I've been looking for ages for something that isn't 'oak warehouse' style furniture!

When I called to enquire about delivery and options for colours/customisation, the man that answered the phone was really helpful. He even told me that I could further personalise my cabinet if I chose to. However the style of the Kensington was exactly what I was looking for so opted for the standard model!

I couldn't believe it when my side board was delivered within one week! And the lovely man even hand delivered it for me and helped me take it inside - which apparently isn't 'the norm'!

If you are reading this and wondering whether you should buy from this company, you won't be disappointed. I have already recommended them to a few of my friends who have complimented the cabinet!
