Horrendously disappointed
I had issue making phone calls with the BR app for the last 4 months.
I contacted your customer services 9 times and no one could even identify what the problem was.
I was asked to uninstall the app 3 times, to update the app and in the end I had to cancel my subscription.
The customer service of the person who answer the call left a lot to be desired. The person was very dismissive and didn't show any empathy or even interest.
I was a customer for YEARS!! But unfortunately that meant nothing to BR! ☹️

Always been good and accurate charging for the time used. There is no time limit to use your credit so you will not be loosing money if you do not use it.

Good value app worth having
After a redesign of the app, it was a little bit difficult to locate the main keypad to dial out, but I got assistance from the help team and now find the app as straightforward as before with one or two further enhancements.
