Trust in customer relationship
Customer relationship is about building trust. Money was wrongly taken from my account on 05/04/26 and post dated for 07/04/26, even though I still had a balance in my account. I called and spoke to a female customer advisor who cancelled the subscription. As I write today, 13/04/26, she has not returned the money for the cancelled subscription to my account. She did not even bother to apologise for the error.

An agent has now disabled this for you. As the plan has already been used, it is not eligible for a refund. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The money was taken from my account…
The money was taken from my account without my permissions, £ 10 and I called the member of staff, and they refunded the money back to me, which is £5. And another £5 was also taken from my account without my permission. And I spoke with the member of staff, and they refunded the money, £5. They said I've already used some of the money. And then, two days later, the money was taken out from my account again. I don't know why. And I'm not happy about it. This is not fair, because I did not authorize anyone to take money from my account.
