Placed my order on Sunday 19th August, only received on Wednesday 22nd August. Website said orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order placed before 3pm.
Received one email to say the item will be delivered shortly. No tracking number given. By 22nd August and no delivery, I phoned UPS but the customer reference number I was given by Boss watches was not the tracking number which they required to assist me. I then phoned Boss watches and they were not helpful at all. In the end I had to suggest to them that they phone UPS and ask UPS to speak to the driver who had delivered my order to somewhere in the large hospital I work at, but not delivered directly to myself, with a specific address given when ordering to prevent it from being misplaced. There are about 4000 employees in the hospital I work at and customer services at Boss watches suggest I could go find this person as they gave me the name of the person who signed for it, expecting I will know every single employee in my work place. Very very poor service and this was not what I expected from such a company. I will not recommend this website or service to anyone.

Love my watch so easy to read and looks great

I am a regular Boss Watches customer even more so after a recent burglary. I find the website very user-friendly and the ordering process very easy with exceptionally prompt delivery.

Very good quality watch and very good value for money

Great service and product, turned up quickly too. Communication could be improved as I only found out the when watch was being delivered on day of delivery. A little bit of notice would have helped but can’t fault anything else.

Had some issues ordering online, took about 5 attempts to submit the order.
Customer Service on phone was good and delivery was secure and quick.

Even though it states that there is a 3 day delivery period, I called to ask if there was any possibility of a next day delivery. I was assured that they do that as standard and my partners watch arrived early the next morning! Very pleased with the service received. You can guarantee I will be ordering again!

Worst buying experience ever to be found at this site. You buy from the UK, but the item is being dispatched from a completely different country. UPS handle all deliveries, and there Customer Service is abysmal.

Will not be buying from this site again.

Package arrived promptly by UPS. I was however only the receiver as I was known to be at home during the expected delivery period. I had no knowledge of the contents other than it contained a watch which I've not up to this time seen.
