Excellent service
I can only comment on the orders and delivery process which was excellent. Although we ordered on a Sunday and requested a delivery for the following Friday, which was pushing their quoted delivery lead time, they still managed to achieve the requested date.

Good price-quality ratio : I have bought several times from this company now. The first time I did so, was because there was a discount offer posted on the Martin Lewis website. I had never heard of them at the time. I ordered. The quality of the products was excellent. Much better that the continental quilts and pillows I usually get from the supermarket. Much softer and more luxurious feeling, yet for a reasonable price - they often have offers which makes them price-comparable with much cheaper quality items. I have now bought for other beds in the house and will buy again next time I need something different.

I bought a pack of 2 pillows, good but not with luxurious filling or cover, a soft summer duvet, great, and a mattress protector which was very good. Delivery was quick. Overall, great value.

Easy website to use, speedy delivery, bought their easy care pillows
very light filling, rubbish pillows, doesn't support anything, just squishes flat.
The mattress protector does what it says, protector the mattress, that's it.
