The products I've received are delivered promptly and packed well without wastage. Items very good quality.

Arrived faster than expected, great quality product as advertised and at an amazing price.

I brought a set of duvet, topper, pillow & extra pillows. The company forgot one of the pillows. I contacted customer service & they were kind enough to replace the pillow & gave a complimentary one as well. I would have been happy with the replacement but they went the extra mile with that kind gesture! Good quality items to.

The pillows are lovely. Medium firmness and they were a good price too.

However, the 1st line of the delivery address (my work address) was miss off, so the courier had trouble finding the correct premises. Although the delivery driver tried to call, I'm not allowed to take personal calls at work. Somehow, delivery was successful the following day.

I bought 6 pillows. They are not good quality. They come up short in the pillow case and the cover and filling feels cheap.

I have so far only opened the parcels and inspected the duvets and pillows. They look good quality, nice covers and feel great. They will get well tested as they are to go in my holiday cottage where things always seem to get more punishment than in my own house!

Ordered a double and 2 single duvets and pillows. Just opened the pillows and double duvet, fabulous quality all smooth cotton covers and very luxurious filling. Excellent!!

Delivery did take longer than I expected but well packaged and a surprisingly small parcel for king size quilts. Not opened up yet though.

Quality of experience was fab from start to finish . I'd recommend others looking for bedding start and finish here

Best duvet we ever bought, nice and cosy for those cold winter nights, nice and cool for those "summer nights", what a great idea three duvets in one. The 10.5 on its own, which is nice and warm, 4.5 for those warmer nights when we occasionally get them and clip them together for those arctic nights....works well for us
