Damaged product
Received the product yesterday and it was damaged. The carton that housed the bottle was ripped open and the fluids from the bottle leaked. The product had zero protection, not even bubble wrap and so is of course prone to be damaged. The glass bottle was not damaged however, but the fluids leaking meant that the cap is not securely fitted, possibly due to it not being tightened properly during the filling process. You have to better protect the product/s delivered to your customers, as I don't have faith in purchasing other products from your company if it doesn't improve.

I bought a waterless defuser previously and loved it to pieces so came back to get another; it seems everyone else loved it too and it was sold out so I bought 2 Buba water defusers and they did not disappoint. This defuser is so beautiful and looks very elegant. Not only is it easy to use but the added light makes it great as a night light. I adore my purchase and the service I received was great.
Main product not useable
So I got a request for a review before the product arrived so I haven’t been able to trial the oil.
I bought the rose pink flower bracelet…. It did NOT have any felt pads in it nor did it have an explanation on how to open the casing. And even with my decent fingernails, I can’t work it out.
So right now I’m too frustrated to request and demand a refund or replacement products and I feel foolish for having gone with this company. Not a mistake I’ll make again.
